Q 1. Can I receive care if I do not speak Korean?
A.

Yes. Doctors who can consult in English, Japanese, or Chinese are available. When booking, please let us know your preferred language and main dental concern so we can check the appropriate doctor and appointment time.

Q 2. Can treatment start on my first visit?
A.

Some treatments may be possible after the initial examination, while others may require additional tests, treatment planning, or a fabrication process before treatment begins. If you have a limited stay in Korea, please share your departure date in advance.

Q 3. Can I bring X-rays taken overseas?
A.

Yes. If you have recent X-rays, CT images, or other dental records from a previous clinic, please bring or send them before your visit. Additional imaging may still be recommended depending on the records.

Q 4. When will I know the treatment fee?
A.

Treatment fees are explained after we evaluate your oral condition and determine the appropriate treatment scope. Before treatment, we will review the plan, expected visits, and estimated cost with you.

Q 5. Can I visit for an urgent dental problem while traveling?
A.

Yes. If you experience sudden tooth pain, a fractured tooth, swelling, or another urgent dental concern while traveling, please contact the clinic first so we can check available appointment times.
